Rewards Battle eSports — how your information is handled.
scheduleLast updated: 26 August 2026We collect information you give us directly — your email address, username, display name, and password (stored as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text) when you register; your bio and avatar choices if you set them; and payout details, such as a UPI ID, when you request a withdrawal.
We also collect information generated by using the App — your tournament entries and results, coin transaction history, the in-game name you use for a match, login attempts (including IP address and whether the attempt succeeded), and basic device/app information needed to keep the App working, such as app version.
We do not collect payment card details directly.
We use your information to operate your account and the App's features — running tournaments, crediting and debiting coins, processing withdrawal requests, running reward draws and memberships, and sending account-related notifications such as verification emails and security alerts.
We also use it to keep the App fair and secure — detecting multiple accounts, cheating, and fraud — and to respond to Support requests.
The App uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and, if you choose "stay signed in", a longer-lived remember-me token stored securely and tied to your device. These are functional cookies used to operate the App — we do not use them to track you across other websites or apps.
Rewarded ads on the Earn page are supplied by a third-party advertising network. That network may collect device and advertising identifiers under its own privacy policy in order to serve ads and confirm you completed one, independently of what we collect ourselves. We only receive confirmation that an ad was completed, which we use to credit your Ads Coins.
Your tournament entries, in-game name, match results, win/loss record, and leaderboard position are stored to run tournaments and calculate your stats. Depending on your Privacy settings, some of this may be visible to other players — for example, on the public leaderboard or your profile — and you can control this from Settings → Privacy.
Every coin movement — earning, spending, a tournament prize, a withdrawal, a refund — is recorded in your account's transaction history, so both you and we have an accurate, auditable record. This data is also used to detect fraud and resolve disputes.
We use third-party services to operate the App: an advertising network for rewarded ads; an email service to send verification, password reset, and account notifications; and, for withdrawals, the relevant payment or gift-card fulfilment channel for the method you choose. Each provider processes the minimum information needed to perform its function and is subject to its own privacy practices.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Sensitive payout data, such as gift card codes, is encrypted at rest. Access to administrative tools is logged and restricted by role.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and never share it — we will never ask for your password through Support.
We keep your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account through Support — see "User Rights" below.
You can review and update most of your profile information directly from Profile and Settings. You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting Support. Account deletion is handled by a person rather than a self-service button, so any coin balance, tournament history, or pending withdrawal can be settled first.
The App is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 — this matches the eligibility requirement in our Terms & Conditions, since the App involves real coin withdrawals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to close it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know inside the App. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled can be sent to [email protected] or through Support inside the App.
