Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Rewards Battle eSports ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use the App.

These Terms apply to every feature of the App, including tournaments, Ads Coins, Win Coins, withdrawals, reward draws and membership plans.

We may update these Terms from time to time — see "Changes to These Terms" below.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, enter tournaments, or hold any coin balance that can be withdrawn. The App is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

By registering, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are legally permitted to use skill-based competitive gaming and payout services from your location. It is your responsibility to check that participation is lawful where you live — rules on real-money gaming and payouts vary by region, and we may restrict access accordingly.

One account per person. See "Prohibited Conduct" for what happens if this is not followed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Contact Support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must provide accurate information when registering, including a working email address — verification and important account notices are sent there. Your username identifies your account and cannot be changed after registration.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or your first payout.

The App uses two separate in-app currencies:

Ads Coins are earned by watching rewarded advertisements. Ads Coins can only be used to pay tournament entry fees where a tournament accepts them. Ads Coins have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged for Win Coins under any circumstances.

Win Coins are earned exclusively from tournament prize winnings. Win Coins may be used for tournament entry, withdrawal (subject to the minimum balance shown on the Withdraw page), reward draw tickets, and membership plans.

Coin balances are not a bank deposit, are not interest-bearing, and do not represent any ownership interest in the App or its operator. We may correct or reverse a coin balance to fix a genuine error — such as a duplicate credit or a technical fault — and will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we do.

Tournament details — entry fee, accepted coin type, format, prize pool, and rules — are shown on each tournament before you join. By joining, you agree to follow the rules stated for that specific tournament in addition to these Terms.

Match room details (room ID and password, where applicable) are released shortly before a match begins.

Results are reviewed and declared by our team, not generated automatically from a player's own report. Only a declared result counts towards prizes, statistics, and leaderboard position. If you believe a declared result is wrong, contact Support with the tournament and match details as soon as possible.

Missing a match you registered for (a no-show) does not count towards your win rate or leaderboard position, and is handled per that tournament's stated rules for entry-fee treatment.

Withdrawals use Win Coins only. Rewards Battle currently offers a single payout method — a Google Play Gift Card, delivered as a redeemable code inside the App. We do not offer UPI, bank transfer, or any other cash payout method, and we never ask for a UPI ID, bank account, or card details for a withdrawal.

The minimum balance, available gift card denominations, and processing time are shown on the Withdraw page at the time you submit a request — these figures are set by us and may change.

A withdrawal request debits your Win Coins immediately on submission. If a request is rejected — for example, for a policy or verification reason — the coins are returned to your balance.

We may require additional verification before completing a payout, particularly for an unusually large amount or where we have reason to suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms. Processing times shown on the Withdraw page are estimates, not guarantees.

Where reward draws are available, each draw has a stated ticket cost (payable in Win Coins), a stated prize, and a single winner. A winner is selected by our systems once the draw closes, using a process designed so no single player or team member can influence the outcome; where shown, a draw's fairness hash lets you verify afterwards that its seed was fixed before entries closed.

Buying a ticket does not guarantee winning. The prize is credited to the winner's Win Coins balance — it is not paid in cash directly and is not transferable to another player.

We may cancel a draw before it closes — for example, for a technical issue — in which case ticket costs already paid are refunded to every entrant's Win Coins balance for that draw.

Membership plans are optional, paid for with Win Coins, and grant the benefits listed on the Membership page for that plan at the time of purchase, which may include a higher daily tournament-entry limit and a discount on withdrawal fees, among other benefits shown there.

Only one membership can be active at a time. A membership is valid for the duration stated on its plan and does not automatically renew. Membership fees are not refundable except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate.

Ads Coins are earned by watching rewarded advertisements supplied by a third-party advertising network. Ad availability, the number of ads available per day, and the coins awarded per ad are set by us and may change, and are not guaranteed to be available at all times or in every region.

Attempting to earn Ads Coins through automated tools, emulators used to fake ad views, or any method other than genuinely watching an ad through the App is a violation of these Terms — see "Prohibited Conduct".

You agree not to:

• Create or use more than one account, or use an account on behalf of someone else.
• Cheat, hack, exploit a bug, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in a tournament or match.
• Use automation, scripts, emulators, or bots to farm Ads Coins, manipulate a match, or interact with the App in a way a genuine human player would not.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App, its systems, or another player's account.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another player or a member of our team.
• Use the App for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations using account activity, device and network signals, and match data.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk for other players or the App. Depending on severity, this can mean a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.

Where an account is suspended for fraud, multiple accounts, or cheating, we may withhold, reverse or forfeit a coin balance or pending prize connected to that violation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, we will work with you through Support to settle any legitimate remaining balance.

You may stop using the App at any time. To request account deletion, contact Support so any coin balance, tournament history, or pending withdrawal can be settled first.

Features described on this site and in the App — including rewarded ads, withdrawals, reward draws, and membership — may not all be available at all times, and we may enable, disable, or change them, including their rates, fees, and limits, at our discretion. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect an existing coin balance or active membership, but this is not always possible for urgent operational or security reasons.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the App or specific features unavailable.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including loss connected to a coin balance, a tournament result, or a withdrawal delay, except where that loss is caused by our own fraud or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our services, or the law. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know inside the App. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
